Beginner & Intermediate experience levels are welcome!
Teamwork makes the dream work! The goal of this workshop is to teach you (and a friend) how to perform basic partner balancing skills including: standing poses, arm inversions and some dynamic flipping/tumbling elements.
During this two-hour class, we will review the basics of duo partner balancing, engage in some dynamic partner warm-ups & strengthening and show you how to transition into (and safely our of) some exciting duo/paired group poses! You'll leave the class with several cool new moves in your back pocket and know how to safely perform and practice them at home. And yes, there will be plenty of photo opportunities!
