This significant-activity-required, 90 min physical therapy-based workshop will provide you with the anatomical foundations, strength & mobility progressions and self-assessments required to straighten out those splits and achieve the lines you want. By the end of the course, you will become your own “self-driven” guide with the ability to train successfully at home using understandable benchmarks and proven drills to improve your hip mobility in all directions.
